In The name of Allah, The Compassionate, The Merciful.
8.1 - They ask you about the bounties. Say: The bounties are for Allah and the messenger. So fear Allah and amend that which is between you, and obey Allah and His messenger if you should be believers. 8.2 - The believers are only those who, when Allah is mentioned, their hearts become fearful, and when His signs are recited to them, it increases them in faith; and upon their Lord they rely. 8.3 - Those who establish prayer, and from what We have provided them, they spend. 8.4 - Those are the believers, truly. For them are degrees with their Lord and forgiveness and an honourable provision. 8.5 - Just as when your Lord made you evict from your home with the truth, while indeed, a team of the believers were unwilling. 8.6 - They argue with you about the truth after it had been explained, as if they were being driven toward the death while they were looking on. 8.7 - And when Allah promised you one of the two groups that it would be yours, and you desired that the unarmed one would be yours. And Allah wants to establish the truth by His words and to eliminate the unbelievers. 8.8 - That He should establish the truth and abolish falsehood, even if the criminals dislike it. 8.9 - When you asked for help from your Lord, and He answered you: I will supply you with a thousand of the angels following one another. 8.10 - And Allah did not make it except good tidings and so that your hearts be assured thereby. And victory is only from Allah; indeed, Allah is Mighty, Wise.
